Production and Trading Company ELPOD Ltd is a Polish private company specializing in manufacturing high stability precision resistors, type RWE since 1989. Due to research work conducted over many years we have developed a unique technology of mounting thing resistive layers onto ceramic rolls. High quality of the obtained layers results from taking advantage of unique properties of metallic alloys containing transition metals with semiconductor impurities. Manufacturing the layers being a metallic alloy of constant structure, stable in a wide range of temperatures, allows for producing resistors characterized by:

RWE Precision resistors are meant for working in professional electronic equipment, controlling and measuring apparatus and control systems. They are particularly recommended in systems requiring high precision, high time stability and small sensitivity to temperature changes. Resistors SMD 0805 and SMD 1206 are produced with thick-film technique. Ceramic plate with high alundum content is covered with a resistive layer. The resistive layer is connected with conductive contacts and protected by protective coating. Resistors for flat assembly type SMD have small dimensions, good stability of electric characteristics, high reliability and great electric strength.
